Laboratory testing technology - Optical control
The zero-defect strategy is our claim. All manufactured assemblies are 100% optically inspected or electrically tested. Solder joint assessment is carried out in accordance with IPC-A 610 acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies. In consultation with our customers, we develop customizable test strategies with an eye on the economic aspects and maximum required test depth.
Laboratory testing technology - Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
Our state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with an AOI system (automatic optical inspection) and an Ersascop, enabling us to guarantee our customers the best possible quality. Feel free to ask us for functional tests, repairs, conversions or assembly changes even after SMD and THT assembly has been completed.
